JIM SCOFIELD | Senior Investment Advisor & CEO

Jim Scofield is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker with more than 30 years of Commercial Real Estate experience. Scofield has extensive background and experience representing private investors, small businesses and large corporations in the analysis, sale, purchase and lease of commercial properties. His career highlights include CoStar Power Broker, SVN TOP 10 Advisor, Partners Circle, Achievers Award, and Humanitarian Award. His credentials include BSEE and MBA degrees from the University of Southern California. Scofield loves to golf, bicycle and play guitar, and he puts his strong faith into action through community involvement and church ministries.

WAYNE BRAREN | Investment Advisor & COO

Wayne Braren is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker. Braren has been the Chief Operating Officer since September 2005. His responsibilities include daily and long-term operations management, as well as real estate investment advisor. Braren’s transaction management experience has totaled over $87 million in sales volume since 2005. He is heavily involved in business development and future growth, as well as ongoing strategy development, planning and execution. A former curriculum specialist and instructor, Braren enjoys family time, community and church activities, bonsai and gardening, and outdoor activities.

MIKE SICILIANO | Marketing Director

Mike Siciliano is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker. Siciliano is responsible for all marketing strategies, design elements, materials and activities related to Apartment REP’s multifamily commercial real estate listings and brokerage services. He is extremely proud to have led in the development of a highly strategic and technically-advanced marketing system designed to promote and sell multifamily property listings, as well as capture prospects and open a communication dialogue with multifamily property owners, investors and brokers. He is also continuously focused on branding and marketing the firm to the commercial real estate marketplace. Siciliano truly enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
